Tech Support services to customers and other participants in the
industrial computing marketplace. Some of these services are fee-based,
while others are provided at no-charge to registered and authorized
customers.
Some of these services are:
- Telephonic hardware and software support, generally associated
with troubleshooting problems;
- Configuration engineering assistance (hardware and software);
- Technical problem solving;
- Industrial computing / CTI / Process control consulting;
Standard hours of operation for Tech Support are 8:00
AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Broader
coverage can be customized and made available by prior agreement.
If replacement or spare parts, components, or systems are required,
NEX will ship advance replacements via overnight delivery.
Customer needs vary, and NEX Computing Solutions,
Inc. will typically customize tech support services or products
to meet the needs of its customers.
