while others are provided at no-charge to registered and authorized
customers.
NEX Limited Warranty
NEX Standard Warranty Service Guide
Our standard warranty that accompanies all systems built and
sold, is a one year, parts and labor, depot warranty repair and
service offering.
NEX Advance Replacement Warranty
Service Guide
This warranty offering is optional, with
additional costs. It provides for over-night shipping, advance
replacement of damaged or inoperable systems, for
contract periods ranging
from one to five years.

Technical Bulletins
These technical bulletins are a combination of product advisories,
problem resolutions, and/or notifications of technical changes or
revisions to systems and/or components that NEX Computing Solutions,
Inc. provides to customers.

Product Evaluation Reports
Each time NEX Computing Solutions, Inc.
evaluates a new product or component for potential use, a formal
product evaluation report is generated. These reports are listed
here as reference documents for our customers.
